Oral Surgeon Associate/Partner

We are an established oral surgery group practice looking for a new associate/partner for our office located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Our offices have state-of-the-art equipment and a growing referral base. Our practice provides a wide range of oral surgery services, including dentoalveolar, implants, pathology, orthognathic and trauma surgery.

Looking for a full-time surgeon, 4 days per week. Hospital call available if desired. Plan to start at 40% of collections (first year expecting 500k+) and may advance pay with partnership. Partnership will be based on board certification. Partners may also have opportunities for equity buy-in, property ownership, expansion equity, etc.

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited oral surgery residency
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Board certification or eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Job Type: Full-time (4 days per week)

Pay:  40% of collections - first year expecting 500k+
