This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of customer orders within a fast-growing, high-volume operations environment. You will manage end-to-end order processing activities, working on diverse and often complex logistics scenarios that require quick thinking and strong coordination skills. Each order presents unique challenges involving vendors, clients, and internal teams, making the role dynamic and highly impactful. You will have significant ownership and autonomy in decision-making, directly influencing delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting. As part of a collaborative operations team, you will contribute directly to revenue-driving activities and process improvements. Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end processing of assigned customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and successful delivery outcomes.
  • Resolve complex logistical challenges by identifying optimal solutions across vendors, production partners, and shipping timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with Campus Managers, clients, vendors, and decorators to ensure alignment on order requirements and delivery expectations.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support operational initiatives and special projects or campaigns as required by the business.
  • Contribute to improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing delivery timelines across order workflows.
  • Maintain high accuracy in documentation and ensure all order-related data is properly tracked and updated.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar fast-paced coordination role.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to make independent decisions under pressure without constant supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process discipline.
    • Comfortable working in tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
    • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and a goal-driven approach to work.
