What We're Looking for

Translating business strategy into performance, talent, and experience frameworks,

Reimagining HR processes to unlock speed, scale, and value,

Managing a prioritized process improvement backlog with ruthless focus,

Partnering with HRIS to define technical needs and support testing,

Leading change management — from stakeholder buy-in to training rollout,

Driving large-scale HR initiatives as a hands-on program manager,

You thrive in complexity, move fast with clarity, and know that bold design is the future of HR.

Qualifications

Mininmum 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, career management, employee experience design, and organizational development,

Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,

Results‑oriented, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities,

Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to process improvement,

Strong presentation and documentation abilities,

Team‑oriented, with the ability to lead and govern when required,

Good command of English (written and verbal).
