OTC Collection Junior Officer with Turkish

Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

OTC Collection Junior Officer with Turkish
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Work type: hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Manage collection activities in Turkish language.
• Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables.
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Initiating written/verbal communication to collect money.
• Building relationship with external customers
• Maintaining and reconcile AR accounts.
• Collaboration with client, customers other departments

Requirements:

• Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
• Min. 1 year of experience in collection area is a must
• Fluent Turkish and English language- C1
• Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Problem solving and judgement skills
• Hybrid work (2 days from the office in Lodz)
