OTC Officer with Italian - Hybrid
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

Responsibilities:
Invoices processing
Reporting activities
Queries handling
Ensuring compliance to SOP and all procedures
Root-cause analysis and issues resolution for blocked items
Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation and updates

Requirements:
Very good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English (min. B2)
1 year experience in F&A, preferably in OTC domain

Problem solving, result-oriented, eye to detail
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Good Excel knowledge
Analytical skills
