Outside Sales Representative - CNC Machinery

Are you a driven sales professional with deep knowledge of the machining industry? IS2 os looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow our clients CNC machinery sales in Edmonton, Red Deer North and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent advanced CNC solutions, work directly with manufacturers and machine shops, and earn uncapped commissions on top of a strong base salary.

Territory: Edmonton, Red Deer North (with possible coverage into Saskatchewan)
Compensation: $75,000 base + uncapped commissions, benefits, car allowance & gas card

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business opportunities for CNC machines in your territory
• Build long-term relationships with machine shops, manufacturers, and industry partners
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer visits

What You Bring:

• Experience in the machining industry (tooling house or CNC background a must)
• Proven outside sales success, from prospecting to closing deals
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC processes and tooling
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to travel within the territory
