You will oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels, ensuring media activity is aligned with broader business objectives. Acting as both strategist and mentor, you will guide a team of paid media specialists while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. The role blends hands-on strategic oversight with client-facing leadership, requiring strong communication and consultative skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including SEO, creative, analytics, and account management to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Accountabilities:

You will lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable performance and align with wider business goals.

  • Own and lead end-to-end paid media strategy, covering research, planning, activation, optimization, and reporting across multiple channels beyond search.
  • Manage campaign delivery and performance, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring continuous improvement in ROI and effectiveness.
  • Act as the main strategic point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, data, creative, and account management) to deliver integrated, insight-led marketing strategies.
  • Support new business activity, pitches, and upsell opportunities by contributing strategic paid media expertise.
  • Mentor and guide paid media team members, contributing to capability building and knowledge sharing across the function.
  • Contribute to broader marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including content creation, insights, and industry engagement.

  • Requirements:

    You bring strong experience in paid media strategy and leadership, with a proven ability to manage complex client accounts and deliver measurable commercial impact.

    • Significant experience in paid media strategy and campaign management, ideally in an agency environment.
    • Strong understanding of multi-channel paid media, including search, social, and programmatic approaches.
    • Proven ability to lead client relationships and translate business objectives into effective media strategies.
    • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members and contributing to team development.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting to senior clients.
    • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to connect media activity to broader business outcomes.
    • Familiarity with tools and platforms used in paid media planning, activation, and reporting.
