About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Paid Media Strategist to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit on the Growth team, where you’ll continue to build and scale our Paid Media function focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy, build a world class program, and work directly with Sales and Growth Marketing.

What You'll Do

• Hands-on management of Dandy’s digital advertising channels with a focus on Google Search, Bing Search and Content Syndication.

• Manage budgets and performance to monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets.

• Consistently optimize channels, campaigns, and creative based on full-funnel performance and efficiency.

• Prioritize and lead new paid media channel testing.

• Work cross-functionally with Campaign & Creative teams to steadily scale lead generation efficiently.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to build enhanced reporting and improve channel analysis & optimization.

• Collaborate with the Website Experience team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in a digital Paid Media role

• 2+ years in a Paid Search role

• In-depth knowledge of Paid Search channels & strategy

• A builder that loves to be hands on and in-platform

• Performance Marketing experience and mindset

• Experience in B2B high growth tech company

• Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value

• Overall track record of professional and academic success

Compensation Range: $105K - $117.5K
