About the Role:Ā 


We’re looking for a Paid Search Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Paid Search expert to join a team that is leading the charge in the growth of a rapidly evolving market. This individual will own all Paid Search campaigns across platforms. Core responsibilities include strategy development, planning, and execution. Working within our collaborative performance marketing team, this individual will play a major role in building omni-channel campaigns across many product lines.Ā  This role will report into the Director of Performance Marketing with a strong dotted line to the VP of Performance Marketing, with plenty of C-level visibility.Ā 


What You’ll Do:Ā 

  • Own the strategy, campaign architecture, and execution of campaigns across Paid Search for both Brand and Non-BrandĀ 
  • Build advanced and efficient funnels for the entire buying cycle for multiple market segments and product linesĀ 
  • Creatively leverage industry, product, and intent level insights to build high performing tactics
  • Consistently analyze competitor insights to accelerate campaign performanceĀ 
  • Actively optimize keywords, ad copy, landing pages, bidding options to maximize ROASĀ 
  • Partner with design teams to tailor prospect experiences with our copy to landing pages and lead formsĀ Ā Ā 
  • Be accountable for ROAS of 6-figure monthly budgetĀ 

What We’re Looking For:Ā 

  • 6+ years of Paid Search campaign management, with heavy strategy development and hands-on execution in Google and Bing
  • Experience with analyzing performance data, across online and offline sources, to inform optimization decisions
  • Strong technical understanding of platform-level nuances and industry changes/advancements that could impact performanceĀ 
  • Biased towards testing and improving outcomes with a curiosity of digging deeper into reasons driving or dragging performanceĀ 
  • Comfortable in presenting strategy and campaign outcomes to internal audiences of various levelsĀ 
  • Experience with B2B advertisingĀ Ā 
  • Proficient in Excel
