About the Role
The Paid Social Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of marketers that will help build and optimize our clients paid social ad campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with marketers to create ad strategies and oversee the team of marketers to ensure that the strategies are executed. The person filling this position will manage a portfolio of ad accounts and is responsible for teaching and enforcing a set of best practices for the paid social platforms to your marketers, determining overall campaign structures and testing cadences that suit our client's needs, teaching and assisting with client communications, and enforcing and monitoring your team's adherence to companies procedures and policies. 

The base salary range of this role is $75,000 - 90,000/year. We provide competitive PTO, volunteer time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, healthcare FSA, and voluntary short & long term disability insurance. We also provide 401k with matching, available after your first year.

This is a remote role, but we welcome candidates to visit our office locations in NJ and FL to work whenever they wish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee a team of marketers and the brands they manage
• Enforce and monitor the execution of all department processes and best practices
• Monitoring and adhering to paid social trends within the industry
• Responsible for the training and management of new marketers in the following areas:
  • Budget maintenance and scaling
  • Client communications and reporting
  • Marketing strategy and angles
  • Website CRO
  • Identifying tech stack recommendations based on the brands business model and our current partnerships
• Facilitate and QC onboarding of new accounts
• Assist all junior marketers with all clients until the marketer is qualified to take over all communications independently
• Monitor employee communications and relationships for all brands, including all client reports
• QC ads and campaign setup for marketers
• Assist marketers to Improve account performance to hit brand KPIs through direction regular A/B testing
• Provide insights into potential ad angles, creatives, or testing opportunities for brands
• Proactively look for opportunities to drive revenue through our ad campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years experience in digital marketing and ecommerce, agency experience is a plus
• Previous experience leading a team of at least 3 direct reports
• Extensive knowledge of Meta and TikTok ad platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and client-driven environment
• Ability to teach and train team of junior marketers on all aspects of digital marketing
• Experience with Slack and Google Workplace
