As the Partner Account Manager (PAM) you will act as the liaison between 7shifts and its channel partners, and will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing long term relationships with current and prospective partners. You’ll focus on developing and expanding partnerships to maximize the revenue growth objectives of 7shifts through training, business planning, and the development of go-to-market strategies, in addition to executing demand generation activities, and establishing regional business goals, objectives and success measures with each partner. As a core member of the selling organization, working alongside a team of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing  you’ll help drive a cohesive strategy to maximize qualified referral and revenue potential with our partners.  This role will require you to travel upwards of 50% and be flexible to support all North American hours, depending on the territory you are assigned.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish, maintain and manage professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts to develop long-term trust and collaboration
  • Own the partner engagement strategy for a specific region and/or defined set of partners, which may include referral partners, resellers, consultants/influencers or strategic alliances
  • Lead and coordinate all training and enablement activities for partner accounts to ensure on-going competency with 7shifts solutions, including onboarding, certifications, lunch-and-learns and other enablement sessions, as required
  • Create, manage and drive channel incentives, campaigns, spiffs and offers to meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Facilitate customer account mapping exercises, in collaboration with sales teams, to uncover new opportunities and maximize lead generation
  • Maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally, including partner executives, partnership managers, and sellers

What you bring:

  • Sales or Partner Management Experience -  You have SaaS sales or partnerships experience, and have the ability to cultivate strong partnerships to meet revenue objectives while delivering first class partner experiences 
  • Strong Relationship Development Skills - you consider yourself a people-person and are energized by the time you spend with others; you have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop trusting and long lasting relationships with partners
  • Structured and Organized - you’re hyper-organized, and can manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously 
  • Skilled Communicator - you’re comfortable delivering impactful and compelling training to partners, as well as engaging broad audiences at shows and industry events
  • Emotional Intelligence - you act with integrity, kindness and respect, always. You’re confident enough to challenge the norm and suggest meaningful changes, but humble enough to embrace diversity, encouragement and open discussion

It’d be even cooler if you had:

  • Channel or partner manager experience managing referral and revenue generating partnerships
  • Experience with restaurant technology like POS systems and/or restaurant operations
  • Strong existing relationships with major players in the restaurant technology space
