About the position:
As a key member of the North American partner organization, the Partner Manager will be responsible to grow and develop existing strategic accounts.
What you can expect to do:
- Build and retain positive relationships with existing partners to understand their business requirements, strategic vision and to maintain partner relationship.
- Be the go-between on active opportunities between the partner and G-P
- Handle ongoing matters with existing partners and work swiftly to resolve queries
- Communicate effectively, set real expectations and reliably complete agreed deliverables.
- Organize, build and document a partnership program, with clear directions and details around features and benefits.
- Train, enable and onboard partners creating a high level of awareness on current and future developments to our tech-enabled solutions.
- Communicate and work directly with stakeholders within the organization including Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance experts globally.
- Research, strategize, propose and negotiate with our partners to create agreements that make sense for everyone.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law or equivalent
- HR industry experience, with domain knowledge of the HR and Corporate Services industry, an advantage
- Knowledge of employment, corporate rules and other commercial regulation relevant to HR and business expansion an advantage
- Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders.
- Data-driven, analytical and research-oriented
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills; able to articulate complex concepts at both a high level and granular perspective where necessary.
Compensation
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $100k to $120k. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary for a total target compensation package of $125k-$150k, including base plus target commissions.
