About Thriveworks
Thriveworks is one of the leading mental healthcare companies in the USA, with over 3,000 employees, and was founded by and is still led by clinicians. Having just launched a new vision to be America’s most valued mental healthcare company, where our teams can fulfill their purpose and do their best work, where clients are treated with warmth and respect, and where communities benefit from access to high-quality care to heal and thrive in life, this company is ready for a new chapter.
About the Job
In our B2C services, Thriveworks target audiences are people who are looking for mental health counseling on a variety of life issues and concerns. In B2B, Thriveworks is developing partnerships with best-in-class organizations, Fortune companies, municipalities, and referrers such as Primary Care Providers (PCP) and large healthcare systems who are looking to provide mental healthcare access to their employees, members, or patients. And on the Payor Relations side, we work to not only provide further access but also to improve and enhance their members’ experience.
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who will help lead our employer, referrer, and payor marketing strategy, increase opportunity creation, accelerate deals to close, and increase new patient volume and retention. Reporting to the Launch & Integrated Marketing Director and partnering with B2B, Channel Sales, Payor Contracting, Creative, IT, and Product, you will increase target account penetration and conversion with creative, cross-functional execution of ABM campaigns. You’ll develop high-impact, highly used sales enablement toolkits based on customer insights, analytics, sales team feedback, and the buyer’s journey. And you’ll develop best-in-class persuasive and memorable campaigns, messaging, and assets to target accounts and audiences to drive action and higher win rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that are data-driven and aligned to the B2B & Payor Contracting expansion and targeting roadmap; create case/ROI/efficacy studies that will drive a consistent and scalable sales and engagement model; lead an omnichannel marketing strategy, including channel mix, piloting innovative programs, and developing messaging and positioning, based on employer and consumer insights and competitive differentiation.
- Content & Storytelling: Articulate and deliver B2B/Payor marketing stories—concept, words, and visual direction—that will bring our service offering, thought leadership, and client stories to life.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with our in-house Creative team, B2B, Channel Sales, Payor Contracting, and Product to define the value story, build meaningful journeys with marketing touch-points, and develop effective sales enablement materials, presentations, customer case studies, and digital content. Drive awareness, lead generation, employer/consumer engagement, and where appropriate, acquisition and retention.
- Competitive Landscape: Monitor and report on trends, best practices, and marketing programs (through Google alerts and other sources) that can be turned into compelling, high-quality content; gain insights into customers' purchasing decisions; recommend strategic themes and communications based on findings.
- Data/Reporting: Make data-driven decisions; accurately measure B2B/Payor marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize the B2B/Payor client journey related to adoption and usage to make future recommendations. Work with our analytics team and develop convincing proof points that bring value to our B2B customers, our Payors, and their respective employees/members.
- Budget & Project Management: Provide budget estimates and forecasts for all marketing activity, including defining success measurements, alignment to OKRs, and optimizations for each channel and hold internal stakeholders & clients accountable for deadlines in order to have on-time (and on-budget) campaigns.
- Collaboration: Foster positive team interactions amongst all departments (e.g., Marketing, B2B/Channel Sales, Payor Contracting, and Product/IT). Drive a growth mindset, maintain a positive attitude, self-direct, and generate fresh ideas.
