Job Description
As Nuvolo’s Partner Operations Manager, you will build and manage foundational operational processes for our growing team within our expanding partner landscape. You will be working in an exciting and constantly evolving environment while partnering with cross-functional teams to build executive presentations and supportive material to drive key initiatives, including Executive Business Reviews.
As a Partner Operations Manager, Your Role Will Include
- Standardize and track partner agreements with our legal team
- Coordinate and monitor our partner evaluation and onboarding processes alongside our community team and Delivery Directors
- Establish and oversee a structure and recurring cadence of weekly / biweekly / monthly / quarterly / annual activities that drive the company's operations forward in cross-departmental alignment
- Maintain partner portal and partner records
- Provide regular partner newsletters / communications
- Oversee and shepherd general partner questions
- Track and report out on partner performance operating metrics and KPI’s on a recurring basis
- Own and maintain service delivery activation framework
- Coordinate and monitor partner compliance to complete activation
- Arrange and coordinate all ongoing partner education (knowledge nuggets, release updates)

- 5+ years of experience working in strategic partnerships, corporate communications, program management or operations role
- Demonstrated success in planning, prioritizing, and driving long-term, cross-functional projects to completion
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to balance stakeholder priorities
Bonus Points For
- Experience and familiarity with business intelligence and data analysis tools such as Gainsight and Financial Force

For New York City-based candidates, the salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 base salary. Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ.
