Accountabilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and results for strategic business partners through structured engagement programs and regular touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic account plans to achieve mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones
  • Lead collaborative account planning and proactively address partner needs to strengthen relationships and identify expansion opportunities
  • Implement process automation initiatives to improve efficiency across internal and external workflows and reporting
  • Ensure consistent measurement and reporting of performance metrics to both partner and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including sales, operations, partner success, and support—to align efforts toward revenue goals
  • Provide partners with the tools, resources, and information necessary to promote solutions effectively
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on partner processes, product offerings, and integration opportunities
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales channel development, account management, or strategic partner management, preferably with executive-level engagement
    • Proven ability to adapt to change and excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in strategic selling principles and sales tools, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce
    • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
