This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP Product based in the United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role where you will define and execute the global product strategy for a fast-scaling payments platform operating across multiple markets. You will own the end-to-end product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to ensure the right capabilities are delivered at the right time for diverse customer needs. Working closely with engineering, sales, and professional services, you will translate market requirements into a clear, prioritised roadmap that drives growth and product-market fit. The role requires strong commercial awareness, deep product thinking, and the ability to operate in complex, regulated environments. You will also play a key role in shaping customer-facing conversations and ensuring product commitments are both ambitious and deliverable. This is a highly visible position with direct influence over company direction and global expansion.

Accountabilities:

Lead the definition and execution of the global product roadmap, ensuring clear prioritisation across 3–6 and 6–12 month horizons aligned with market needs and business strategy.

  • Own end-to-end product planning and delivery, translating regional and global requirements into structured, actionable roadmaps.
  • Drive product development for payment applications across multiple markets, ensuring compliance, usability, and scalability.
  • Identify and prioritise processor and payment network integrations that enable geographic expansion and commercial growth.
  • Partner closely with engineering and professional services to sequence delivery, manage trade-offs, and ensure on-time execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to support customer discussions, scope solutions, and ensure feasibility of commitments.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and ensure consistent execution across global teams.
  • Requirements:

    Bring extensive product leadership experience within payments, fintech, or complex B2B technology environments, with a strong understanding of global payment ecosystems.

    • Proven experience owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder product roadmaps in fast-paced environments.
    • Deep knowledge of payments infrastructure, including processors, acquirers, PSPs, or merchant ecosystems across multiple regions.
    • Strong ability to engage in presales and customer-facing discussions with credibility and clarity.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into business value and vice versa.
    • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery focus.
    • Collaborative leadership style with curiosity, energy, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
