Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager, who will work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver Partner sales enablement programs that are scalable and tailored to our various Channel Partners. Additionally, the enablement programs include leveraging the existing portfolio of partner enablement program offerings and certifications, as well as developing new programs as required.
What would you do, if hired?
- Collaborate with the Channel Managers and Marketing team to help drive and enhance the partner sales enablement experience.
- Plan and execute a partner sales enablement strategy that drives measurable improved sales performance through content, training, and coaching services.
- Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate sales messaging and related training, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the Partners.
- Support new product launches by preparing and enabling the Partners to understand, position, and sell our solutions.
- Responsible for all aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for the Partners, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling, and coordination, creation, and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
- Work across teams to create partner sales enablement and related marketing materials.
- Work with cross-functional departments to ensure that all relevant content created for customers can be leveraged for the partner community, both globally and regionally.
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and partner sales enablement content usage.
- Track and measure the impact of partner sales enablement across participating partners and drive continuous improvement across partners.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required. A minor or advanced degree in business is preferred, but more weight is given to the history of making an impact and driving business outcomes.
- 3+ years of direct experience in Partner Enablement and/or Sales Enablement in the iPaaS/SaaS space desired.
- Possess technology industry and partner ecosystem knowledge as well as a broad understanding of complex technology products.
- Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
- Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation across functional teams.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- High adaptability and flexibility, including managing deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
- Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
- Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
- Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Pay Scale Information
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $80,000 per year and $100,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer
