Udemy Business is looking to hire a Partnership Experience & Programs Manager who will work alongside the Senior Manager, Partnership Experience & Programs to help develop, manage, and scale Udemy’s Global Partner Program. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to help play a critical role in ensuring we deliver a best-in-class partner experience that’s built to scale. This role is based in Denver, CO and will report to the Senior Manager, Partnership Experience & Programs.

• Support the successful development and launch of Udemy’s Global Partner Program.
• Lead the ongoing management of our partner tools & systems; including the partner portal, partner support center, partner website, and more.
• Work with all partner team functions including Partner Success, Partner Operations, and Partner Marketing to develop onboarding and enablement programs at scale
• Implement processes to support ongoing operational aspects of the partner program, including partner status tracking and reporting 
• Collect and analyze partner feedback and key performance metrics to help inform partner program improvements 
• This role requires cross-functional collaboration management across operations, partner success, marketing, content, engineering, product, legal, and other teams.

• 4+ years of experience in project management, partner management, partner programs, or customer success, ideally in SaaS.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Docs/Sheets, Asana, and other CRM/project management tools.
• Proven ability to lead and manage strategic projects involving cross-functional teams
• Experience solving complex problems and building efficient processes. 
• Superior project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of standard partnership models preferred (Technology Integrations, Resellers, etc.)

Investor Overview

The hiring range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. Actual compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.

Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
