Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Senior Global Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst will play an integral role with processing our company's payroll.

The following represents FBN's reasonable estimate of the US national average base salary range of possible compensation for this role based on market data and placement of internal employees: $65,000 - $75,000.
This salary range may vary based on geography and variations in cost of labor. Beyond the above or adjusted to market salary range, FBN also offers all full-time employees competitive equity compensation, health and wellness benefits, and various perks.

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Senior Global Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst will play an integral role with processing our company's payroll.
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing our Bi-Weekly US and Canadian payroll
- Assist with processing our Monthly Australian payroll
- Manage and Review timecards
- Set up wage garnishment and child support payments; process and complete necessary paperwork.
- Maintain payroll data files
- Produce and distribute payroll reports
- Communicate and coordinate with payroll service provider (ADP)
- Respond timely and accurately to internal and external requests for support and information
- Respond to special requests and projects as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or -related field and 2 years of experience
- 5 years of payroll processing experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with HRIS (Workday payroll preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills including use of Excel or Sheets
