The P&C (Power & Controls) Operations & Supply Chain Technology Focal reports to the Director of P&C Advanced Technology and is responsible for integrating the Manufacturing, Operations, and supply chain roadmaps with the Power & Controls Products and product roadmaps. Integration includes identifying needs from these areas to enable other technology roadmaps, and feeds technologies from these roadmaps back into the organization to advance capabilities in this space, ultimately creating and maintaining a consolidated roadmap for this space.
This role will also be responsible for identifying, along with the manufacturing, ops, & supply chain groups, potential industry trends and capabilities that will enhance these associated roadmaps, ensuring that the projects are ready in time to support P&C need, and to coordinate P&C support (staffing / funding) needed to advance these roadmaps.
The P&C MFG/Ops/SC tech lead will interface across P&C and Collins, as well as potential discussions with suppliers and customers on both capabilities and needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a consolidated P&C focused OPS/MFG/Supply Chain roadmap with inputs from all sources
- Advocate & coordinate P&C support for Ops/MFG/Supply Chain technology needs across the organization (staffing / funding)
- Identify, communicate, and track key Ops/MFG/Supply Chain technology needs to enable P&C roadmaps
- Identify, communicate, and share key Ops/MFG/Supply Chain technologies that can be incorporated into P&C products & methods
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is required
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant business and/or engineering master's degree
- Experience transforming manufacturing and design with technology
- Experience implementing advanced quality and automation in manufacturing and design
- Program & Project engineering experience
- Ability to build and manage teams with diverse skillsets
