In this role, you will lead patient-centered support (PCS) projects across clinical studies, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through close-out in a highly regulated life sciences environment. You will act as the key operational and client-facing lead, coordinating across sponsors, CROs, sites, and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and study objectives. The position requires strong project ownership, combining operational rigor with a deep understanding of clinical study workflows and patient support processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional experts including funding, technology, and site support teams to deliver compliant and efficient study execution. Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of PCS projects, ensuring alignment with study protocols, regulatory standards, and client expectations while maintaining strong operational control over timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Lead PCS projects from handover to close-out, ensuring adherence to protocol requirements and patient support objectives
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, managing communication with sponsors, CROs, sites, and vendors
  • Track and manage project timelines, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables using internal systems and reporting tools
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to ensure successful and compliant project execution
  • Coordinate with PCS Coordinators, funding, and technology teams to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy
  • Deliver training and guidance to PCS Coordinators and support day-to-day execution activities
  • Support development of patient- and site-facing materials and guide reimbursement-related processes
  • Lead internal and external status meetings, prepare reports, and monitor key performance indicators
  • Drive continuous improvement in patient engagement, site support, and operational workflows across studies

  • Requirements

    You bring strong experience in clinical operations, project management, or patient support services within the life sciences industry, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a regulated environment.

    • Experience in clinical project management, PCS operations, or related life sciences project delivery roles
    • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, patient support programs, and regulatory compliance requirements
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, forecasting, and project reporting
    • Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
    • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills
    • Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting systems
    • Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
