Senior Network Project Manager

In this role, you will lead complex, large-scale network and infrastructure transformation programs that are critical to enterprise digital operations. You will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives such as WAN/LAN modernization, cloud connectivity, data center migrations, and network security upgrades are executed successfully. Acting as the single point of accountability, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across global environments. The role requires strong technical awareness of networking and infrastructure combined with exceptional program management expertise. You will play a key role in managing risks, driving governance, and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. This is a high-impact position suited for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments and enjoys working at the intersection of technology and execution.

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale network and infrastructure programs from initiation through execution and closure
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance frameworks, schedules, RAID logs, and reporting structures
• Manage complex dependencies across network, security, infrastructure, application, and business teams
• Lead delivery of major initiatives such as WAN/LAN upgrades, SD-WAN deployments, data center migrations, cloud connectivity, and network security transformations
• Collaborate with network architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment on design, sequencing, and implementation readiness
• Define and manage cutover, migration, and rollback strategies to ensure safe and controlled deployments
• Serve as the primary interface between technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, including high-severity incidents and production disruptions
• Manage vendors and third-party partners, tracking performance against SLAs and contractual commitments
• Drive governance, compliance, and documentation standards across all project phases
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building delivery excellence across teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with strong exposure to network and infrastructure initiatives
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-site network transformation programs
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including WAN, LAN, data centers, cloud connectivity, and security architectures
• Experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at both technical and executive levels
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations, especially during critical cutovers or incident resolution
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus
• Exposure to ITIL-based environments and enterprise governance models is advantageous
