People Business Partner - Corporate

As our second member of the People Business Partnerships team, you’ll play a fundamental role in building and implementing innovative People solutions for our Corporate functions. You will work with leadership to establish critical projects like workforce planning, D&I initiatives, leadership and development programs, organizational design, and retention strategies.

• Partner with Corporate leadership to provide guidance on topics like performance management, organization planning, coaching, learning and development, hiring, recognition, leveling, and salary bands
• Partner with other People Team members and stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
• 1:1 coaching and support for front line and/or new managers
• Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition
• Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction

• Experienced as a People Business Partner/HRBP, ideally in the tech industry 
• Possess effective strategies for aligning business objectives with personnel decisions and ability to manage change effectively
• Viewed as a trusted advisor to leadership 
• Have identified and executed coaching opportunities within departments, based on a comprehensive view of the organization
• A keen sense for identifying leadership internally and externally
• Have worked in mid-sized to large organizations
• Excited by a fast-paced, high growth environment

• Experience in a hyper growth tech environment
