As our second member of the People Business Partnerships team, you’ll play a fundamental role in building and implementing innovative People solutions for our Corporate functions. You will work with leadership to establish critical projects like workforce planning, D&I initiatives, leadership and development programs, organizational design, and retention strategies.

What you’ll do:- Partner with Corporate leadership to provide guidance on topics like performance management, organization planning, coaching, learning and development, hiring, recognition, leveling, and salary bands
- Partner with other People Team members and stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
- 1:1 coaching and support for front line and/or new managers
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports e.g. compensation, job levels, and attrition
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Experienced as a People Business Partner/HRBP, ideally in the tech industryÂ
- Possess effective strategies for aligning business objectives with personnel decisions and ability to manage change effectively
- Viewed as a trusted advisor to leadershipÂ
- Have identified and executed coaching opportunities within departments, based on a comprehensive view of the organization
- A keen sense for identifying leadership internally and externally
- Have worked in mid-sized to large organizations
- Excited by a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Experience in a hyper growth tech environment

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $90,000 and $125,000 depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway!
