Job Overview
The HR Manager oversees the employee relations, compliance, HRIS, total rewards, talent acquisition, and internal communications functions for the company. This role is responsible for leading and developing a small team to execute HR strategies, initiatives, programs, projects, and operations.
What You'll Focus On- Lead and develop a small team to provide strategy, oversight, and process improvements of all people operations functions.
- Manage all talent initiatives from recruitment and onboarding to retention and offboarding. Facilitate and collaborate with cross-functional leaders on workplace culture and engagement efforts across the company.
- Develop and maintain policies and oversee all regulated and compliance-related processes and requirements. Advise executive team and leaders across the company on relevant compliance and employment risks and best practices. Collaborate with legal counsel to address any employment law issues.
- Evaluate and manage all third-party people operations vendors and partners.
- 3+ years of direct experience executing people and culture initiatives and programs required.
- 1+ years of direct experience leading cross-functional people and culture teams required.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English required.
- Deep understanding of employment law and best practices required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong change management and project management skills required.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills required.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams required.
- Ability to develop and implement creative solutions to problems required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a high growth or startup environment preferred.

Salary range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000 base salary based on experience.
