This role will be a key member of the People Experience (PX) organization, supporting the senior team and becoming integrated into all aspects of projects, communications, operations, and strategy for teams across PX.
The role will be involved in PX capacity planning, strategic planning and communications with stakeholders, project leads, the PX org and running the quarterly business review cycle. This includes the coordination of cross-team initiatives and ensuring there is active and effective change management and communications embedded within key initiatives. You will support budgeting, planning cycles, special projects, business reviews and providing a framework and cadence for the PX org to operate effectively and efficiently with clear deliverables and timelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects sponsored by the CPO are executed in scope, on schedule and on budget.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and presentation skills, process design expertise, and a proactive working style. While the expectation is that this individual will roll up their sleeves and do the work to ensure operational excellence, they will also be a strategic planner and someone to bring it all together (from ideation through to execution). This individual is able to identify, design, implement, and reinforce the processes and systems that enable the PX team to run smoothly and provide stellar service to Zoomies, candidates and external stakeholders.
Lastly, you will act as a trusted advisor and work closely with the senior PX team, and other cross functional partners including Communications, Finance, Strategy and other teams across Zoom.

Responsibilities:
- Capabilities Management/Thought Leadership
- Display a comprehensive understanding of the Zoom's overall suite of services, operating platform(s), business strategy, vision and priorities by identifying gaps, driving change, and influencing project related decisions to achieve project goals and delivery of desired results
- Use research and data to help drive insights and make better decisions along with clear rationale
- Lead the strategy planning process as well as all of the annual operating cadence for the PX organization including which initiatives are prioritized to ensure PX is delivering on the highest needs to the business.
- Manage budgets, headcount, strategic planning process in support of the annual business cycle
- Balance priorities, ensuring meetings are optimized (pre-reads, landing decisions and asynchronous work, clear actions items) and advising on how to meaningfully connect with the team
- Develop tools, frameworks and ways of working that help frame issues, clarify the right path to take and ensure we are listening inclusively to all perspectives
- Program/Project Management
- Drive high-impact cross-team projects as needed at the request of the CPO (especially early on to help provide structure and clarity) to meet the changing business environment and ensure the team is delivering on it's core commitments
- Contribute to leadership discussions and topics, participating in most relevant meetings and offering synthesized business perspectives relevant to influencing key strategic decisions and alignment
- Communications/Engagement
- Lead the preparation and production of executive presentations, including reviews, all hands meetings, leadership staff meetings, team quarterly business reviews, internal and external speaking engagements, off sites, Board materials and events.
- Drive internal communications strategy including team emails, websites, newsletters and videos
- Support communications and engagements with customers, the media and vendor partners
- Produce regular high quality communications for the CPO through channels like LinkedIn to help position Zoom as a thought leader
- Leadership/Culture
- Ability to frame up complex issues in a simple and compelling manner that help accelerate clarity, progress, accountability and decision making
- Foster a positive environment by modeling cultural expectations and demonstrative value of solution mind-set and "can do" attitude
- Identify issues and say what needs to be said to help the PXLT continue to be a high performing team
- Drive connection across the team through aligned communications and activities
Requirements:
- 10+ years related work experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward by gaining true alignment from stakeholders across the company and working in a cross-functional role
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales, IT) to set objectives and produce meaningful results
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines and prioritize the most impactful work
- Raises the bar on performance for themselves and team/partners, inspiring others to excellence - lifts those around them
- Takes ownership and follows through on tasks; drives decisions; results- oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills with all audiences
