Role Description
The People Partner position will play an integral and critical role within the People & Culture team and People Partner organization. In this role, you will work directly with employees and managers to provide personalized guidance, support, and solutions on a breadth of People-related activities requiring expertise and depth across multiple organizations and specialties. The People Partner will focus on maintaining an excellent employee experience, and will require client-facing skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, execution skills, domain expertise and empathy. The People Partner will provide timely responses, share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members, and balance employees’ individual needs with GFiber’s mission and values.
In this role, you'll:
- Support and resolve a breadth of challenges with employees and managers, including performance management, fostering strong team dynamics, and implementation and compliance with People & Culture Programs and policies
- Provide People & Culture support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager queries about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related topics.
- Serve as a thought partner with the business and support key leaders and stakeholders.
- Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary
- Identify opportunities to improve People & Culture policies and propose solutions
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of Human Resources generalist/business partner experience
It's preferred if you have:
- Previous employee relations experience, specifically pertaining to investigations and performance managementÂ
- Experience leading and supporting equity, inclusion and diversity initiatives, both small and large scale
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a client-service orientation and focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to operate within constraints, challenge the status quo and collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Excellent process delivery, consistently able to deploy services in an efficient and effective manner.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $101 K - $149 K + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
