About the Role

This role is part of the People Team and focuses on the successful delivery of high-impact, high-profile people projects in support of People Team objectives and organizational health as a whole. The person in this position will closely partner with senior members of the People Team to drive and execute all stages of company-wide people projects, including performance management, engagement, onboarding, L&D, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of HR operational skills, including people analytics, as well as project management expertise.

This is not a remote position.
The ideal candidate will need to be onsite & able to participate in hybrid work.

You Will
  • Drive our performance management cycles, creating program schedules, developing training materials, and running all aspects of our performance management software to complete cycles on time and in a highly organized fashion 
  • Manage and execute our onboarding program ensuring that all new hires have a positive and energizing experience, are excited about our vision, and walk away with an exceptional first and lasting impression of the organization and its vision
  • Support our People reporting processes by creatively organizing and visualizing data from people programs to help key stakeholders make sound decisions
  • Demonstrate superb communication skills and track all project deliverables to achieve critical project milestones 
  • Develop project plans, timelines, detailed task-driven schedules, RACIs and resource plans, as well as communication plans 
  • Handle key people programs end to end, monitor progress, communicate progress updates regularly, track achievements and distribute information, including success metrics/KPIs for key stakeholders to evaluate program effectiveness and make decisions
  • Play a vital role in maintaining our culture by supporting our ERGs, L&D program development, and All Hands programming
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and internal partners to ensure project goals are reached 
  • Raise and identify solutions to project issues, gaps, conflicts, and find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
You Have  
  • 4+ years of program management or people operations experience 
  • Experience supporting large-scale people process improvements connected to business/people strategy, with a focus on delivering results
  • Qualities of a self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record to meet deadlines and mobilize various parts of the business to meet their deadlines
  • High level of performance on time-sensitive initiatives and the ability to follow tight deadlines with extreme organization and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in people operations, specifically having worked on most of the following key people processes: performance management, people analytics, onboarding, L&D, employee experience and engagement.
  • Team player qualities and show commitment and dedication, while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach and attitude
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite, particularly Sheets
