About You:
We are looking for a creative, highly-driven, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast growing team.
As the Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the effectiveness of our lead generation efforts across all digital channels.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization strategies to increase open rates and click-through rates.
  • Optimize landing pages and website content to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and other content formats to attract and engage potential leads.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing campaigns' performance, including ROI, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with the company's overall sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Experience with email marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot and ActiveCampaign.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing best practices.
