PagerDuty is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale new customer acquisitions through our Paid Media Channels with a focus on Paid Social, Paid Search, and new channel exploration. As a member of the Digital and Growth team, you will collaborate with teammates to execute paid marketing campaigns, develop user journeys, and help PagerDuty tell the Operations Cloud story.Ā
Key Responsibilities - How You Impact Our Vision- Serve in a multidisciplinary support role across demand generation channels. You will work directly with Performance Marketing Managers on research, cross-functional coordination, analysis, and campaign execution
- Responsible for tactical execution and campaign audits to deliver timely marketing launches. Duties include account setup, strategy development, A/B testing, and campaign management
- Monitor and perform an in-depth analysis of key metrics and trends to show program effectiveness and continually refine for optimal ROI.Ā
- Bubble up insights and recommendations to improve and scale acquisition efforts
- Support in launching tests in uncharted digital territories for opportunities of expansion
- Support leads in establishing processes and documentation for playbooks, best practices, and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with other teams such as SEO, Brand, Web, and Analytics to surface actionable insights, optimizations, and new opportunities
- Gather internal and external market intelligence to support the team to build strategic targeting and messaging
About You - Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of paid campaign management experience in Linkedin and Google Ads with deep understanding of paid channel platforms & capabilities
- Good awareness of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous attention to processes
- Strong cross-functional communication with stakeholders from creative, product, and web teams
- Experience with Tracking & Attribution
- Firm grasp of web analytics (Google Analytics)
- Does not shy away from big data and enjoys extracting trends and story-telling
- Has a growth mindset with a thirst for testing and knowledge
- Understands website conversion rate optimization
- Is a selfāstarter who thrives in a fastāpaced environment
- Thinks ahead and catches problems before they ariseĀ
Preferred Skills
- 2+ years experience with SaaS B2B websites in the tech space, ideally marketing to developers or a technical audience
- 2+ years of marketing agency experienceĀ
- 2+ years of experience in Google Analytics
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Bonus points if you have run campaigns on Reddit
