What You Need to Know Up Front • This starts with 1–2 clients/weekand grows gradually. Most chefs take on 4–10+ clients as their book fills. • You must be consistently available in this area: Ardmore, Narberth, Bala Cynwyd, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Wayne, Radnor, Wynnewood, Havertown, Conshohocken, Fort Washington, and Philadelphia • Services are weekday-only, during the day.No evenings. No weekends. • This is 1099 contract work, but we operate like a real team—you’re supported from day one. • You’re paid a flat rate per session(not hourly), and most chefs average$30–$45/hourdepending on experience and efficiency. • Once fully booked, chefs typically earn $5,000–$6,000/monthwhile maintaining flexibility and autonomy. What You’ll Do • Cook a set number of customized meals in each client’s home • Grocery shop for ingredients (client reimburses you) • Upload menus, reheating instructions, and photos to our shared portal • Keep the kitchen clean and organized • Build real relationships with your clients and make a tangible difference What We’re Looking For • Professional, personable chefs who care deeply about client experience • Strong communication, time management, and follow-through • Availability forat least 2 full weekdays(ideally to serve 4+ clients/week) • Ateam-first mindset—we’re collaborative, hands-on, and client-centered • Someone who’s in this for long-term growth, not one-off gigs Requirements • 3+ years of professional cooking experience • Reliable vehicle + ability to travel within 45 minutes of listed areas • Physically able to transport groceries and tools (~50 lbs max) • Comfortable using a portal/app for communication and service updates • Strong work ethic and attention to detail How to Apply This isn’t a temp job.
