Pharmacist

Cornerstone Treatment Facility Network is a respected leader and innovator in the chemical dependency treatment field for more than 25 years. We are seeking a part-time Pharmacist to work at our facility located in Fresh Meadows, Queens New York. Qualifications: Education • Graduate of an Approved School of Pharmacy Experience • Minimum three years pharmacy experience • Must be computer literate • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (ECR) preferred. License/Certification • Current New York State Registered Pharmacy License Responsibilities include but are not limited to as follows: • Maintains an active and up-to-date drug information center, consistent with the needs of the facility. • Dispenses medications, narcotic control, etc. • Inventories , orders and maintains supply of drugs, and other pharmaceutical stock • Responsible for labeling, packaging, storing, of all pharmaceutical stock • Maintains adequate inventory of all drugs including expiration dates • Maintains current poison antidote information. • Maintains records and all pharmacy related certificates and licenses as required by law. • Performs other related duties as requested or delegated EEOC
