Integral to our pharmacy integration team, the Pharmacy Integration Associate will be responsible for assisting the pharmacy integration team with optimizing the integrated pharmacy model, in turn improving clinical outcomes, reducing overall cost of care, and increasing patient and provider satisfaction. The Pharmacy Integration Associate is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and acting upon data and key performance indicators regarding the integrated pharmacy model, and will function as a main point of contact and triage for practice managers and clinical leads in their respective market regarding all pharmacy topics.
How You Can Make A Difference
- Travel throughout market to assess, educate, and address needs of practice managers and clinical leads related to integrated pharmacy model
- Communicate effectively with other cross-functional team members and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective resolutions
- Maintain high levels of key stakeholder engagement and accountability
- Assist in training and educating stakeholders on benefits of new policies/procedures
- Collaborate with VillageMD departments to ensure strong service delivery and support to stakeholders
- Advise on the development of new and existing VillageMD products, programs, and services
- Contribute to the development of pharmacy integration assets, methods, and materials
- Facilitate new clinic openings, and ensure standing meeting compliance
- Maintain and manage communication pathways for market, and assist with data management
- Assist with quality and adherence metrics and programs throughout market
- Additional roles and responsibilities as determined by Manager, Pharmacy Integration

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- A willingness to travel within market: may travel outside market occasionally
Experience to Drive Change
- CPhT Preferred
- Experience with Medicare / Medicare Advantage plans preferred
