Platform Operations Support Lead

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with platform support experience who can own and drive the run operations for distributed blockchain solutions for Microsoft's Hardware supply chain. A person in this role would maintain operation and compliance of the Azure subscriptions which support Microsoft's supply chain operations. They would provide technical guidance for partners utilizing the blockchain solution. And they would own the strategic roadmap for ongoing cloud and blockchain system improvements.Responsibilities
- Manage the platform development process to help drive decisions that align with the long term strategy and requirements for key delivery projects
- Drive close collaborating of planning and execution across multiple development workstreams
- Serve as the interface between development teams to resolve cross functional issues and decisions
- Provide technical project and program management for a cross-functional, highly visible team to drive operational excellence across development operations, tools and systems, including Azure and Azure DevOps
- Support key customer and partner engagement technical evaluations, planning, deployment and adoption to cultivate customer success
- Collaborate effectively and inclusively with colleagues across the company, to drive clarity, generate energy, and deliver results
- Monitors application performance and identifies application failures, and maintenance requirements
- Owns the governance and evolution of incident management policies and procedures for support operations.
- Ensures that application failures are triaged and resolved in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Bachelor's OR Equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with program management, product management, and software engineering including Azure DevOps
- 2+ years prior product, customer support and/or technical support experience.
- 8+ years of experience with program management, product management, and software engineering
- 5+ years experience in technology solutions, architecture, and application development, including e.g., Azure, DevOps, or Blockchain
- Experience in IT application support operations, including Incident Management, and triage policy management
- A solid understanding of technical engineering principles and software development best practices
- Strong people and communication skills, including the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written form, as well as comprehend and assimilate technical concepts across multiple disciplines
- Experience with Agile or similar iterative work planning & delivery methodology
