Platform Testing Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a complex enterprise platform used in mission-critical environments.
You will work at the intersection of testing, configuration, and systems integration, validating platform components such as workflows, dashboards, reports, and security configurations.
The position plays a key role in ensuring that enterprise solutions built within a financial and logistics-focused application ecosystem function accurately and consistently.
You will collaborate closely with technical teams to analyze system behavior, identify issues, and recommend improvements to platform design and deployment practices.
A strong emphasis is placed on documentation, structured testing processes, and maintaining compliance with established IT service frameworks.
This is a highly detail-oriented role where communication, analytical thinking, and platform expertise directly impact system stability and user experience.
It is well suited for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving in complex, data-driven environments.

• Develop, test, and validate platform components including cube views, workflow processes, dashboards, security configurations, and reporting features within the enterprise application environment.
• Analyze system behavior and provide recommendations for improvements related to configuration, build quality, deployment processes, and overall platform performance.
• Support deployment, integration, and testing activities while ensuring system compatibility across interconnected modules and services.
• Document test results, configurations, and technical findings while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot issues related to system integration, configuration inconsistencies, and platform functionality, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, platform testing, systems analysis, or related technical roles, ideally within enterprise or defense-related environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, with experience applying structured processes in operational or testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, ideally including OneStream or similar financial consolidation/reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess system behavior and propose effective technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document findings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Active or eligible IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance (or Tier 3/T3).
