Location:Â Remote

The Role
This Product Line Manager will help lead the vision and drive business for Emerging brands, which will be inclusive of Teva and Ahnu. This PLM will manage part the global product line, presenting to key stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to ensure that products come to life how they were briefed and on time with development calendar. This team member will work on gendered or unisex projects, collaborations, apparel/accessories, SMUs, and special projects. This PLM will also manage relationships with third party vendors to bring these special projects to life.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Product lifecycle management: build, drive, strategize and manage global product line. Manage projects, communicate and meet cross-functionally internally and externally with partners to hit key milestones and deadlines. Work with Product Director to drive strategy for apparel, accessories, collabs, etc. Own and drive consumer insights, market insights, trends, sales info and beyond to inform the team and make educated decisions about the future of the business.
Who You Are
Effective communicator both internally and externally, Organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines at once, an entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to jump in and help others as needed as part of this small, dynamic, and high-performing team.
We’d love to hear from people with
- 5+ years of related experience in footwear, apparel, and/or accessories.
- Experience in managing multiple product lines, projects, and timelines.

$130,000 - $140,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
