Plumber

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team in the NYC area. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Collaborate with team members to plan and execute plumbing projects - Follow building codes and regulations to ensure compliance - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings - Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment effectively - Perform basic math calculations to measure materials and estimate project costs - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as HVAC technicians or electricians, as needed - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns Skills: - Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation techniques and repair methods - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment - Familiarity with construction plumbing and working with different pipe materials - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings - Basic math skills for measuring materials and estimating project costs - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installations and repairs - Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and address client inquiries Requirements: - Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes If you are a skilled Plumber looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply.
