Plumbing and Sewer Technician

JOB DUTIES: Experienced in, but not limited to: installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures, including water heaters, sump, and ejector pumps for residential and commercial structures. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing and sewer emergencies. Efficient in hand tools, power rodding, and CCTV camera inspections. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: -Three or more years of professional plumbing and sewer experience, including residential and commercial repair. -Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. -Familiarity with PVC, cast iron, clay tile, and copper. -Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent problem-solving skills. -Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted. -Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. -Willingness and ability to work rotating evenings, weekends, and some holidays. -Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
