The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in plumbing systems. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures and systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumbing Technician will work collaboratively with other tradespeople and ensure that all plumbing work meets industry standards. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Assemble and weld various plumbing components as required. • Read blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tasks. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.Qualifications • Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. • Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus for roles requiring transportation of materials. • Experience in blueprint reading and understanding plumbing schematics is essential. • Previous maintenance person or carpentry experience is beneficial for comprehensive project execution. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.Benefits • Competitive salary • Uncapped commission • 401(k) with company match • Benefits package • PTOJoin us in delivering exceptional plumbing services while advancing your skills in a supportive environment!
