Plumbing Technician/ Labor

```Duties``` - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings - Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts - Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role - Experience in construction plumbing and working with various types of pipes and fittings - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for plumbing tasks - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings - Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and equipment We offer competitive pay based on experience.
