This physician owned and led group practices Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain with an onsite thriving Internal Medicine practice. An attached ASC allows ease of access for patients.

Practice Details:
• Busy on day 1 in this established practice - position open due to growth
• Anticipated annual volumes of 3000.
• Practice autonomy with opportunity to build and develop practice
• Outpatient practice model with opportunity to perform high volume of advanced interventions in state- of-the- art onsite ASC
