Post Production Coordinator
Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Post Production Coordinator supports the Post Production Department, which manages our in-house Editorial staff and facilities and guides our film & television projects through the Post Production process, from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for Post Execs
● Take messages as needed when Post Execs are unavailable
● Complete weekly Editorial timecards
● Assist Post Manager with scheduling vocal records
● Work closely with Post Manager on all department needs as they arise
● Occasional note-taking in meetings
● Attend Sound and Color reviews for various projects & report back to Post Execs
● Track invoices for post production services rendered
● Submit expense reports
● Order office supplies for the department
● Special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
● At least 2 years experience working in a Post Production or Animation environment
● Desire to learn and grow in the Post Production field
● Able to maintain a high level of discretion & confidentiality re: projects & crews
● Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and diligent
● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
● Works well in a fast paced environment
● Strong time management skills to adjust priorities as needs shift
● Comfortable with both taking direction & working independently
● Computer and technology literate – familiarity with Mac/PC operating systems, secure digital file sharing (Aspera, PIX, Ci, Runner, etc.), Word, Excel, GMail and Google Docs. Photoshop and/or After Effects knowledge is a plus but not required.
