Power BI Developer - Pune

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Digital Health Solutions business has been moving more towards data driven decision making, the demand for bringing more data visibility, and more analytics has grown than never before. Power BI being a business led analytics platform, we need solid Power BI developers to address these long and short term demands and support the organization's shift to a data driven culture.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform activities for the maintenance of all Power BI reports dashboards for DHS Delivery, which includes but not limited to data maintenance, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and user administration.

Acquire data from different sources and design and develop visually appealing Power BI reports with accurate data by collaborating with data engineers and ensuring data security and compliance.

Collaborate with IT team to build the future environment to enable the business Power BI community.

Project based work to clear the demand pipeline.

Work closely with various stakeholders, including Global and Area Delivery leaders, technical and training managers, business analysts, project managers, and data scientists, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports. This involves validating the data and implementing quality checks.

Use other tools/applications like Smartsheet and others to automate manual processes and increase efficiency.

Provide end-user training on the Power BI dashboards.

Experience Details

2-3 focused years of Power BI experiences

3-5 years of data /BI industry experience
