PR Manager (Southern EMEA)

We are seeking a talented EMEA PR Executive/Manager to join our EMEA Communications Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team and managing proactive communications campaigns across some of our key markets. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to getting things done. We are a small but mighty team and this is a dynamic role that will enable you to make a tangible impact.

• Support our communications strategy in EMEA, by driving awareness and promoting Dropbox's tools for teams at work
• Collaborate with agencies to manage our press office activity across Southern Europe, including France, Italy, and Spain, with the potential to expand into other emerging markets
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support important company announcements and initiatives
• Help to develop relevant thought leadership content with our senior leaders
• Manage a pipeline of customer stories, by working closely with sales and marketing to generate leads and compelling pitches for media
• Oversee reporting for the team, public speaking requests and day-to-day processes
• Be a trusted advisor to our relevant spokespeople across the EMEA region

• Proven PR  experience, in-house or agency
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Experience working on proactive thought leadership initiatives with a creative mindset
• Experience working for or with a public company a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in fast-paced, dynamic environments, as well as the ability to escalate appropriately
• Experience in integrated communications and navigating a global organisation
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic and a team player
• The ability to work with senior executives and inspire confidence
• Proficiency in a second European language, such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian, is a bonus
