Pre-Sales Manager, North America

You Will Do:
As a member of the global Pre-Sales team, you will be hands-on in supporting the sales team in APAC with a focused effort for target customers in the region. The role is ideal if you are a technical person looking for a flexible, challenging and dynamic organization.Â
- Work autonomously with global MATRIXX support including sales, services, technical, product & engineering teams
- Own the technical stream for each engagement and act as a single MATRIXX authority for all aspects of the solution
- Become the local MATRIXX expert across key domains including BSS solutions, Digital Transformation, 5G and Cloud Native technologies
- Present our value proposition, architecture, technical deep-dives, demonstrations etc to customers, prospects and partners
- Understand local market drivers, competitive pressures and new opportunities aligning with the MATRIXX vision
- Work with customers and partners to develop joint solutions and value propositions appropriate for each opportunity
- Answer RFIs/RFPs and manage the engagement process on behalf of sales account team
- Execute customer proof of concept to ensure key value proposition is demonstrated to customer
- Support other opportunities and team members in other sales opportunities across wider APAC region
- Provide multi-lingual communication of technical concepts into simple business benefits and outcome
You Will Bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in an OSS/BSS environment either with an operator or product vendor.
- Knowledge of OSS network standards such as 3GPP and protocols such as Diameter & CAMEL and how OSS network systems interact with the BSS
- Knowledge of BSS architectures including CRM, self-care, order management, charging, billing, analytics etc
- Expertise in subscriber convergent charging models with a background in LTE and 5G core network & subscriber policy management including Telco high availability and geographic redundancy
- 6+ years’ experience collaborating with sales, marketing and product organizations, in a competitive vendor environment responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Experience with Linux scripting using product API’s (REST / Java)
- Experience with POC and customer demos, articulating value proposition on both a technical (CTO/CIO) and business (CMO) level
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related area
- Freedom to travel across the region (approximately 30-50%)Â when restrictions are lifted

- Knowledge of the Spanish language will be an advantage but not mandatory
Base Salary is determined by the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus.Â

United States Pay Range
$150,000—$172,000 USD
