This freelance role sits at the intersection of creative execution, storytelling, and strategic thinking—perfect for someone who thrives on turning big ideas into persuasive visual narratives. You’ll work closely with senior creatives and strategists to shape proposals that win new business, inspire partners, and elevate our client’s brand presence. What You’ll Do • Create visually engaging, on-brand proposal decks using PowerPoint and established creative systems. • Translate high-level campaign concepts into structured, persuasive presentations. • Source and curate mood imagery from platforms such as Getty, Pinterest, and AI tools (e.g., Midjourney). • Copywriting & Creative Support • Craft succinct and impactful copy for proposals—including concept overviews, execution plans, and creative rationales. • Collaborate with senior creatives to refine narrative flow and enhance clarity. • Ensure proposals align with brand strategy and campaign objectives. • Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly to meet deadlines. What You Bring • 2–4 years of experience in a creative, design, or marketing role—ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment. • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-based design/image-generation tools. • A keen eye for layout, visual storytelling, and design consistency. • Solid writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. • A proactive mindset with high attention to detail and a collaborative spirit. • Familiarity with brand strategy and communications planning is a plus.
