Major Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to translate complex concepts, data, information, workflows/processes and content into easily digestible, high-end presentations, infographics, graphs, charts, and other visual elements and impactful materials

• Well-versed in the principles of visual design, insuring both ADA and copyright compliance

• Attention to detail; able to identify discrepancies in content and ensure accuracy when translating complex concepts into other formats for consumption by end users

• Develop and design presentations in PowerPoint (or Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, Canva or other similar tools) that advance key business/learning objectives and tell the story featuring still and motion graphics, voiceover, text, etc.

• Follow creative direction; work in a group dynamic and actively participate on multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to edit own and others work, not only for grammar, but also for clarity and understanding by the end user (micro- and macro-editing)

• Facilitate review process for all work produced

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

• None

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge in Education, Business or related field. 3+ years fast-paced business setting; healthcare experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organization and time managment skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectes with competing priorities and demanding deadlines

• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management

• A strong desire to learn new skills, software, and topics

• Knowledge of SharePoint or Salesforce Health Cloud a plus

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite

• Maintains high energy and a positive attitude. Demonstrates a personal commitment to promoting and providing excellent customer service. Thinks quickly and uses appropriate judgment. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and patience while interacting with customers and colleagues. Ability to use computer terminal for extended time frames. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts in order to accommodate staffing.
