Our location in Lake Forest, IL currently has an opportunity for a Pricing Coordinator.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Coordinator III within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business.

This position will provide administrative, analytical, and procedural support to internal customers on behalf of the Contracts & Pricing Department. This role acts as a liaison between account managers, regional sales managers, finance, and distributors in processing and administration of sales contract pricing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Process sales contract and amendment pricing
• Analyze and review contract pricing related information
• Perform CRM and log maintenance on an ongoing basis to insure accurate reporting
• Utilize data from the company's CRM system to generate reports, analyze data, and track pricing request statuses
• Interface with fulfillment group and distributors to establish working relationships, assure proper end-user pricing effective dates are loaded
• Participate in and prepare for contracting & pricing policy meetings
• Assist in updating departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Perform closing activities as needed
• Meet deadlines and update clients with status
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.

Required:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred:

Bachelor Degree in Business or similar field plus experience in similar role of at least 2 years or more.
