Why this role matters

We are looking for a Pricing Manager, based in EMEA who will take ownership of the commercial strategy and price definition of certain API products (Voice and Numbers). This role will be responsible for defining a competitive pricing strategy and discount policy, working closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing and Sales. Constant review of the competitive landscape will be required. This role will also play a part in driving requirements for a more automated quoting journey, helping the business to scale. 

The role will also have close collaboration with Deal Desk on structuring complex deals and analysing performance trends. 


You will

  • Take ownership of the Default Pricing and Pre-approved Pricing frameworks
  • Provide analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing. Take action on trends revealed, driving changes in pricing and costs
  • Streamline and improve business practices, including tools, templates and processes, to increase the efficiency of the Deal Desk & Pricing team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Carrier and Routing teams to improve product performance, and operational efficiency
  • Define and manage projects to deliver further operational efficiencies

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Industry - Voice Telco background
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad majors preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent Excel skills and data manipulation
