Primary Care Opportunity- Physician, Baton Rouge, LA

• Competitive Starting Salary $260,000-$280,000
• Position is located at our Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) in Baton Rouge, LA
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.
• Provide care to approximately 12-20 outpatients daily in an outpatient setting
• Responsible for all facets of acute patient care
• Consult with specialists and subspecialists
• Actively participate in performance improvement activities, formal or informal to improve quality and safety of care
• Order appropriate diagnostic testing
• Virtual or non-face to face clinical interactions with patients including telephone calls, secure messages, and 'VA Video Connect' visits

• Must be board eligible, prefer board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Experience in FM/IM
• Must be computer-literate with computer skill
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. Non-Citizen candidates will be considered if a U.S. Citizen is not found
• Full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State

• Annual performance bonus up to an additional $15K per year
