Smallpdf is seeking a Principal Growth & Product Analyst to join their team. The role involves analyzing growth and product questions, working with Product and Marketing teams, and providing insights for business-critical decisions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in SQL, incrementality analysis, conversion funnel analysis, and A/B experimentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing analytics
• Hands-on experience with SQL, incrementality analysis, conversion funnel analysis, and A/B experimentation
• Ability to independently structure investigations and drive them from question → analysis → recommendation
